スヌーズボタンを活用する
住所や電話番号といったランダムな数字を覚える際にはただ繰り返すのではなく、数分間に渡って15秒ごとにその数字を繰り返すことで記憶に定着させる事ができる。それ以上感覚を開けてしまうと、記憶の彼方に消失してしまうのだ。
